I used this estate agent to rent out my flat while I was living elsewhere. They did well initially; rent paid to me on time, they dealt with tenant issues. However, after a while the rent stopped being paid to me. After lots and lots of phone calls to them it turned out that they had been paid the rent but 'a computer error' had meant that I didn't get paid the rent. It took them a long time to sort out the 'computer error' and finally pay me the money. However, after this happened a second and then third time I decided to stop using them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Paid me the rent. Returned my phone calls. Communicated with each other more effectively. Followed up on promises that they made.

Also call the evening news as they are running a feature this week! They passed the creditors details to me, listed ok but zero chance of any money! Right in the middle of selling my property and I have to drag them through the courts so I can obtain legal possession and issue tenants a section 21! Ridiculous don't know how Adam can sleep at night! Out of pocket £2k and just recovering from breast cancer.. Cheers! ...

My daughter made the mistake of using these cowboys after they contacted her regarding a flat she was letting, despite the tenant paying them in December one months rent and one months deposit she is still waiting for for the deposit, they sent her an emails stating they would pay her both amounts but it never materialised, she only got one months rent out of them because my husband refused to leave their offices until they processed the payment, taking them to court will do no good as they alre ...
