Fair-Way Lettings is an excellent firm to use if you are looking to let. As a tenant that has used several other lettings agents, I found that the level of service giving was excellent. From the very beginning Fair-way Lettings have given an outstanding level of service. From basic things to always returning telephone calls, to quickly arranging viewings to suit my needs and time requirements. The application process was made very quick, easy and straight forward. With the application being processed very quickly. With regular updates of exactly where we were in the application process. Which made a very stressful time a little bit easier.

Then the most exciting time of all. The exchange of keys was very quick and easy. A very detailed inventory was provided for the property which made the moving in process quick. Even with teething problems with the property, they were sorted out within hours of phoning Fair-way Lettings.

I would personally recommend Fair-way Lettings to any family or friends wishing to find a property in the area.

An outstanding agent.
