Poor communication, no paperwork, constant chasing for Agreements etc. Tenants moved in before any paperwork was signed.
Allowed pet into property despite pre tenancy documentation specifying no pets. WSB said they would check with us that a dog was allowed, didn't check and then said yes to tenant! Unbelievable.
Individual completing Inventory left litter in property and walked dirt into carpets and floors.
Terrible customer service and complaint handling.
