Not sure where to start really, originally I had another negotiator helping me with my search I was then passed on to a rude arrogant man who showed me properties that were not only hugely out of my price range but where not in the area I specified. The only good thing about North Kensington was the good looking Manager.

Secondly, ‘disgruntled landlord’ I’m obviously very disappointed to read your review.
