We found Country-Properties to be extremely professional, helpful and above all genuine whilst home hunting with them. They went above and beyond to secure viewings from properties, and our agent Kali even telephoned when she was likely to be a few minutes late, let alone miss the meeting time entirely like some other agents. When hunting in Hitchin again, we'd love to use country Properties. They reduce the apprehension and hassle of moving home considerably by offering a top class service that ALL estate agents should offer as default during this stressful time! Their charges, albeit they exist (which is a farce anyway) are far less than any agent we have come across recently. "Admin" and "referencing" for two adults for £185. We paid £300 for this 3 years ago with another agent! I would say it's a "Bargain" but We (along with many) can't see why you should have to pay them extra for the jobs they are already paid to do - but hey; this isn't unique to country properties.
