I was trying to relocate my family to the boston area from Essex due to work commitments and family near by. I have never come up against such a rude unhelpful bunch of workers in my life. due to a financial crash 2 yrs ago to which has been sorted 20 months ago, (we even own our own home in essex), they failed my credit check. I even offered the 6 months rent in advance...they wouldnt even talk to me and when they did were very rude. Even now if they had a change of heart I would not move into any place that they managed.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Used common sense. They lost a long term client.
