We decided to sell with Nicol & Co after having our property on the market with another agent in Droitwich for 8 months, with 20 viewings and not one offer. We had used Nicol & Co to view properties in 2012 and were most impressed by their pro active approach in selling, they knew about the houses they were selling and always arrived at a viewing with details and knowledge of the property they were showing us, unfortunately at the time they did not have a property which we wanted to buy and we bought via another agent. When we came to sell our old property we had quotes off agents regarding fees, viewing etc and as we were concerned about costs, we went for one of the cheapest, how wrong we were!
When we decided to change to Nicol & Co, it was like a breath of fresh air, we had 2 viewings 2 days after it went live and the second person through the door bought our house. From start to finish was 4 weeks and Matt and his staff were there for any queries, (which there were a few from our buyers). Having bought and sold 15+ houses we have never encountered such an enthusiastic and professional approach as Nicol & Co and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone wishing to buy or sell in this area.
