I was kept involved through a unique web portal (my own password) opf the whole progress. This was updated regularly. In addition I did of course call a few times - but I felt that I was a genuine customer and they had very high customer service standards. Their colour professional brochures certainly sell houses - all in all a 10/10 experience.

Snap! couldn't agree more as the same thing is happening us just now. They were fab getting our property signed up, and fab getting the sale, but seems after offer stage there is little of no f**ks given to progressing the sale and raising sales memos etc. And everytime i call, i am told they will call back and moved off the phone in less than 2 mins!! disgraceful service if you ask me. ...
