Well my reviews are not positive,,,beware of this lot at Cairn. They are useless , unhelpful ,rude There office in Gibson street is total chaos. No one knows what they are doing,they never return call they promise to get repairs done that never happens. And as from getting your deposit back. That's a problem, no matter what you do or say the will and they have found a way of fabricating a story to keep your money,now there's no other way but legal action against them,and the owner of the property who has his friends to go into your house when your not in to to do jobs on the cheap or homers,this has been the worst experience of my life never ever agin would I use them,I feel sick at the thought of there name,we done without central heating for 15 months and neighbours and family and friends even our doctor couldn't believe it, this lot just don't care it's money first and that's it,we were abused and permanately threatend at the property due to previous tenants who were very dangerous people,so the police were out so much they put a marker on the property. They told us best thing was to get out and go get some other property as it was dangerous,we spent an awful lot of money in and outside of the property to make it nice,as it was a shambles when we moved in. And they have the cheek to still mess usvabout for our deposit. So please Beware of this. Take care
