I had a great experience with this estate agency compare to previous ones I was renting with. Agent was always on time, arrange sought refurbishment in a flat with landlord before we have moved in. Contract was prepared for the day we requested and keys handed to us on a day when we were supposed to move in. Our references were obtained and completed in 2 days and communication from agency side was excellent. I am happy we have chosen to rent a property through Benson and Partners.

Awful they can not turn up for the viewings or even be on time. Complete waste of my time this happened on numerous occasions. I would not use them to sell your house they can't even put up a sign or keep bookings....

Hi, The property was being refurbished by the Landlord at the time and the tenant had viewed it twice prior to placing a holding deposit; once we had received a holding deposit the Landlord had taken back our set of keys to pass to the builder. Once works were completed, we were then returned the keys and a third appointment was then arranged with this tenant. This property was advertised as Unfurnished and was being Let as Unfurnished and at no time was the Landlord furnishing the property. ...
