Jasmine was extremely helpful throughout what could have been quite a traumatic move for my mother in law, from the initial information on properties, to arranging viewings at a time convenient to me, and the whole referencing procedure which for various reasons was quite complicated. Jasmine was very proactive in her approach and always extremely courteous. So far the process has been extremely smooth.
