Still not sold with them after nearly a year, hardly ever ring you back, with information about interest in the property or viewings that are taking place. Even did a viewing myself. Given them notice of ending business with them.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with our services. If only you brought your issues to our attention we would have been more than happy to try and resolve the problem. I have checked our property archives and we don't have any properties that have been advertised for more than one year and have had only one viewing? ...
