Donna's assistant called me 30 minutes before my booked valuation to say that she was doubled booked and wouldn't be coming. During this time she clarified my details. At this time she said she new the properties on the street and gave a description that did not match. She went on to say that she valued the property 9 years ago and that it was worth £40,000 less than what we wanted to list it at. The property is newly refurbished and 2 months after this conversation we sold the property with a different company just under our original asking price. Reeds Rains doesn't have a clue and doesn't want your business.

Do not use Reeds Rains for your property lettings. They take the money and leave you high and dry. Do not chase tenants. Let them get away with not paying rent. Leave the property filthy, damaged and with drugs paraphernalia for the landlord. Disgraceful company!...

What agent could do to change your mind?
It is more about the company policy of Reeds Rains as a whole. Until they change their policy on ridiculously high 'application fees' I could not be persuaded to use their services.
