These guys are complete cowboys, maintained our property however did not do anything for the upkeep of the building, intercom system had been broken for 10 years eventually we sacked them as paying them a mangement for them to do nothing.

Given that we only managed one property in the G5 area, I suspect this refers to the property which was the subject of a more recent posting by Graham Watson, to whom I have replied. I would apply that response here.

I had to deal with these cowboys when i owned a flat in a communal block and they were a joke sending in cowboy after cowboy i eventually had to go to court when i refused to pay £50 for them supplying 10 light bulbs they never even installed them just left them in a box in the communal cupboard - terrible customer service! ...

£30 per quarter is fine if they do anything for their money. It's a rip off with MacFie because they do nothing. They struggle to reply to emails, get invoices correct or even get quotes for work required on the building.
