The worst customer experience you can possibly imagine. Very welcoming and friendly upon signing contracts, but as soon as this is over, you could not come across worse, snotty, unfriendly and rude staff. Our house was 'newly refurbished' but everything was of the lowest standard possible, and some items were even broken. However, we have been told they're going to take payment for all these problems through our deposits. There is no trust in the tenant, they are used for money, plain and simple. I can stress how bad they are to deal with. AVOID!!!!!!!
We had a mice infestation, but this was deemed to be our fault. Nothing to do with all the cracks outside of the house allowing them to enter. Our house was spotless, but yet we were still threatened with a bill close to £1000. The exterminator did nothing useful, and we are still left with a house full of mice.
The shower leaked due to dodgy pipe fittings, and came through the ceiling leaving a stain, and this is of course the tenants fault. With money being taken from our deposits once more. The washing machine broke due to a blockage of hair clips (From the squatters which were in our home previous to move in) and were getting charged.
There a bunch of money grabbing *********. Useless, no customer satisfaction at all. I've never felt so much displeasure in dealing with a lettings agency in all my life. Maybe if mike spent less time fake tanning and more time with customer satisfaction, the company could grow into something popular and well liked.
They also expect the house to be in the same condition as it was given in (our house had dirty mattresses, dirty floors and gardens - and was advertised as brand new) giving no room for general wear and tear. Anything other than the same standard (In this case, better than what was given to us) is unacceptable.

We are disappointed to read your comments and we apologise for your experience. We are aware of the circumstances of your situation but want to stress that the problem wasn't structural.
Our contractors did attend the property when the leak was reported but were denied entry by yourself until after the council had visited. Unfortunately this took a month, in which time the problem had worsened.

We're disappointed to hear this tenant felt they had such a negative experience with us.
It's hard to give a personal and full response to this tenant as we are unable to identify them from the comments left. All we can do is apologise if the feel they didn't get the service they expected and use the feedback to improve our service in the future.

We are fully aware of this tenant's experience and we've spent a lot of time handling this case.
We're sorry that she feels she had such poor service from us but as far as we are concerned, all protcol was followed and the necessary steps were taken with regards to maintenance issues, the check-out process and deposit dispute.
