Poor service. They've arranged a meeting on a certain day and canceled it 1:30h before the meeting time. Given that I'm not from Chelmsford and I had to buy a train ticket, they've wasted my money. Rubbish.

We are sorry to learn that you felt this way. We have investigated the matter and have spoken with your Mother, whom the viewing was booked. It was with regret that we had to cancel the viewing at the last minute which was due to the existing tenant not being able to leave work as previously promised. Your Mother is aware of the situation and hopefully we have explained our position.

The Team Martin& Co is one of the best letting agency. All staff are very professional as well as approachable. I rented an apartment for about 3 years from Martin & Co. I never experienced any problem with there service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) They could have advanced knowledge of the property they were trying to sell, which would have made them seem less incompetent. 2) They need to be more professional 3) They need to be polite and not rude 4) they need to allow time for viewings, or address the reasons they double booked us I will never use Martin & Co Chelmsford fin the future and would discourage anyone from using their services.Attached Filesnbsp;

Absolutely awful, I would avoid Chelmsford Martin & Co at all costs. The whole process, which should have been relatively simple, has been a complete mess. During the time they were in contact with me, I have spoken to at least 5 different members of the team, who I have to explain my problems too all over again, it would seem there is no communication within their team.
I should have read the early warning signs when the property was first advertised incorrectly on the Martin & Co website and ...
