I would highly recommend avoiding this agency if you're looking to rent out your property. All good until they have to deal with any issue whatsoever. Emails went unanswered from both landlord and tenant, small repairs such as broken dryer became huge issues and then had to pay £360 to get rid of them after the contract ended. They then denied ever having keys to the property when the new agent went to collect them stating that it wasn't unusual for them not to keep a set. Reassuring to know if they is an emergency in your property and the tenant is out at work!

Don't go near Hurst, High Wycombe. No weekly reports provided despite promises for my up for sale studio. 6 requests for stats ignored thus not possible to ask informed questions or come to informed decisions- you have to ring and chase them.
