About almost 2years ago I had the worst experience so far in London, I've put a deposit in one of the prestige properties flats and after delivering my documentation I was turned down, even explaining to the agent on the time that I was a waitress and most of my income didnt go trough my account they didnt accepted me and my friend and simply kept my money, I went to the citizen advice which has writer some letters to them but without any success, I still have the process, but I just would like to warn people about this Agency and please if any question do get in touch with me, this situation did happen and I've lost £500.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I would like to have my money back from my holding deposit.

Hello,
I have a very negative feedback. This agency is fake so please be careful. They accommodate me in the worst flat I have ever seen. On the first look, it seemed all right but when I moved in, the horror started. The shower wasn't working, the cooker was not working, the heating was not working. There was no wifi (although I paid for it), no fire alarm, no solid lock. All this in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. The agency stopped answering and kept my money-the rent, the deposit, the extra fees for services. The people in there are shameless and don't care at all about you. Their behaviour was not decent.

My experience with “Prestige Properties” agency was very positive. They were very helpful in the whole property viewing, and rent arrangement process. Subsequently, when renting, I was surprised of how organised, and proactive they were when sorting out various issues. I will definitely use their services in the future again, as I have to relocate now due to a new job in different city. ...
