Pam met us on a Wednesday. Our property was almost, but not quite ready to market. She gave clear advice on potential price level, required documentation, and expectations on both sides of the landlord / tenant relationship. Thinking she had a potential lead she borrowed the key. By that Friday a corporate client had made a second viewing and acceptance of the tenancy was confirmed the following Tuesday.
