I found Pam to be extremely helpful in finding a property for us to rent. She kept us informed every step of the process, doing most of the paperwork via email really saved us time as we lived 30 miles from the new property. On the day our tenancy started we were dealt with by Jasmine, who was very helpful, explaining each form to us so we knew exactly what we were signing. Overall we very extremely happy with the service we received from both Pam and Jasmine and wouldn't hesitate to use Country Properties Hitchin again.
