Bought a house through these agents. Very shocked by the service.
Once the offer was in and accepted they stopped returning calls, answering emails or doing anything else that they promised.
The branch manager Ray claimed in one call to have "tipped acid on his computer and lost all his emails with no backups" only to have all his emails back and have forgotten all about this happening a week later when I chased another matter up. This of course may be legitimate, but draw your own conclusions.
