We initially asked three estate agents to value our property when looking to sell and Hurst felt like the right fit from outset. We initially dealt with Andrew who we found to be completely professional, straight talking and keen to get our property sold with the minimum of fuss. We found the overall approach both refreshing and exactly what we required.
Within the first week we had numerous viewings and received an offer in what felt like next to no time, which was obviously very pleasing!
Once the offer had been accepted we then primarily dealt with Sheri, who again we found to be completely professional and understanding of our situation, given that we wanted to get things finalised as soon as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble to ask and things were chased promptly and feedback given well within the timescales given.
Although the process is never completely stress free I genuinely felt that Hurst's removed as much of the stress as they were possibly able to. Although our dealings were primarily with Andrew and Sheri we found all staff we dealt with to be helpful and professional at all times. This was again refreshing and made us feel really valued as customers.
I would not hesitate in recommending them if you are looking to sell in the local area.

Don't go near Hurst, High Wycombe. No weekly reports provided despite promises for my up for sale studio. 6 requests for stats ignored thus not possible to ask informed questions or come to informed decisions- you have to ring and chase them.
