My partner and I viewed a few properties Manners had available. They were very diligent at setting up weekend viewings. However, although I understand that properties on the letting market come and go very quickly, we were a bit disappointed when we had arranged several viewings at the weekends and were only told when we met the agent showing us round that they were no longer available. This was mainly because we had to organise special journeys at the weekend to come to Woking and ended up having a lot of free time between viewings with not a lot to do.

We were pleased with the work Manners put in to finding us properties which matched our requirements, although some that came through were extremely out of our price range and offering far too many bedrooms! The people we dealt with were friendly and willing to help and answer most questions.

We did put an offer on a property, but after waiting a long time for a response from the landlord and then being given a counter-offer which did not suit us, we did not accept. We were a little disappointed that our designated person was not willing to call the landlord to negotiate, but this could have just been that the landlord was not willing to consider any other offers.
