Tim is friendly and was very helpful whilst we viewed a selection of properties he had suggested to us, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Once we had decided on a property, we were introduced to Caroline who was efficient and knowledgable through the application and move in process, she responded to any queries quickly.
With the help of Tim and Caroline we were able to come to a positive descision and were very excited about moving into out new home.

how can you claim that what you have said is true when 90% of the reviews on this site reiterate what i have said i.e. unfair holding of deposit, no return of phonecalls/emails, it is quite clear you are just trying to cover your back!
you are right that you send an automated out of office response but then do not proceed to answer the emails or return phonecalls - quite frankly the whole operation is a joke.

Hi They did the same thing with Mrs Eman Dehmain - the taking of money from the debit card - once you have allowed them to have access to your bank debit card they will deduct money from you whether you want it or not. we also suspect they do not do the gas and electricity inspections and then forge certificates when you complain - this is a very well mounted operation protected by a Solicitor that has now been reported to the SRA
