I chose Warren as the agent to sell my property as his marketing is of a quality unmatched on sites like Rightmove. Additional to his excellent local knowledge, Warren was attentive, informative and helpful from the start, working hard to get potential buyers interested in a slow climate. After a successful sterling effort to increase the price paid for my property (to no personal gain as he was not working on commission!) Warren's managed the chain closely from start to finish, always being in close contact and helped speed up a potentially stressful exchange and completion. I would not seriously consider a different agent for my next sale.
