We have just rented a one bedroom flat through Peter Woods, liaising with Simon Pitt during this process. We found Simon to be enthusiastic and keen to help us with our search. Once we had put a deposit against a flat this positive nature continued during the formalities of organising the tenancy agreement. We would also describe Simon as trustworthy and reliable in that renting a flat through Peter Woods was straightforward.
