Hi there I am very disappointed and indeed shocked to read this review. I fully appreciate paying anything at all is annoying but I can assure you our charges are well below the average in London – we made a commercial decision a long time ago to only charge what we have to in order to cover our costs. The 'dedicated' end of tenancy team who ignores me, not very helpful at all. Unfortunately, it appears that all contact I have tried to make so far about resolving a complaint have been ignored, to staff at the high street kensington office and head office. Couldn't seem to reach anyone by phone either. ...
