By mistake I paid additional funds via a standing order on 28th January for the month of February. I vacated the property on 31st January. I informed Haart of this on the 2nd February. I have been chasing them for the outstanding £795.00 ever since. They claim they have to get the money from the landlady (Emma Harris), who continues to not respond to them, even though she is using them on other properties as a rental partner. I am astounded that such a large company is unable to bring such a small matter to a conclusion.
I would advise anyone not to use them as they do not serve you well.

Dreadful. They Manage the flat I rent. I have been asking for a broken window to be repaired for almost 70 days, a broken intercom and tap for almost 60 days. Many promises, little action. All the faults were present when they rented me the house. Unforgiveable ...
