My experience with Bairstow Eves was excellent. In particular, Kofi was so dedicated in his support and for keeping the process moving forward. From the start of the process, he arranged viewings, was very professional and knowledgeable and I was able to make an informed decision on the purchase. He followed the process through until the end and I was really grateful for his ongoing support until I received the keys! Thank you Kofi for all your help!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
