Amazing work by the team at Philip James to help us sell our old and buy our new home. There were building complications on the new property which meant lots of people were involved like Builders, Structural Engineers and Building Inspectors. This caused significant delays and worry but Lisa Aspinall did an amazing job of keeping all partied updated on what was happening, in real time which made the whole process much more easier to deal with. It was great having 1 point of contact who was linking in with all parties in the chain, as well as the professionals. She was always available and willing to go the extra mile to keep us updated and make sure we knew exactly what was going on.
