Zero stars. I wrote my own sales brochure as they even struggled to do that. Incapable. They undervalued my property and did little to get buyer interest. I had to pay £500 to get out of their inferior service despite a mutual contract promising decent service. Buyers and sellers need to be spared the problems this company causes.
