Starkey & Brown were excellent from start to finish.
We had had our home up for sale using an online estate agent and in the 9 weeks we were with them we had one viewing. Starkey & Brown was recommended to us by a friend, but we also checked them out on the find an estate agent website where again they came highly recommended.
Frazer came round to meet with us and told us what they could do for us, we felt he was totally honest with us and knew we’d get sold by going with them. He came back and took some amazing photos and within a week of our house going live on their website and right move, they had got us some viewings. Within about 6 weeks we had a buyer. The rest of the staff we dealt with throughout the sale process were all so helpful, keeping us up to date with what was going on and chasing our buyers when required. We would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone in the Lincoln area.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
