I asked Starkey&Brown to value because they are a local agent rather than a chain. I was so pleased with the level of research Frazer had undertaken before the visit and this along with a fair fee structure made me choose them. My sale initially was not plain sailing but Sophie and Angie supported me beyond my expectations. After a second offer Angie managed my sale, I cannot recommend her service enough, she kept me in the loop, advised me on my new purchase and even helped with this when we got to exchange. I could not have got through it all without her. I would recommend Starkey&Brown to anyone and everyone. I definitely made the right decision using them and am so grateful to them for their professional service.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
