I've bought and sold 12-13 houses during my lifetime, a lot of moves! I've met many mediocre estate agents and just 2 excellent ones. I am now able to add another independent estate agents, Martins and Co, Aberdeen. In particular, Debbie Buchanan and Joel Ross, both of whom are approachable, experienced and recognise ftom the start what you require as a seller and a buyer. The Scottish market is much slower than England and the professionalism shines through in both Debbie and Joel. I'm sure they will do their utmost to ensure my sale goes through. My house went on the market on 18 November, and was under offer on 9 December, a total of 21 days, 7 of which had snow, which is not conducive to viewings. First viewer put in an offer which I accepted. Can't ask for more.
