After going through all recent reviews I strongly believe that Famer & Dyer has got a strong team dealing with Property sales. However their Lettings team is actually a lot less than something you can boast of. I strongly feel they have a good team but with a very laid back attitude. Currently I am in the process of renting a property from Farmer & Dryer. Unfortunately I have to make a lot of calls and follow ups with team for simplest request. For example, I stay very close to rented property and want to collect keys from inventory clerk rather than walking down to Farmer & Dryer office in Caversham. For last 10days I am trying to know date and time when the inventory clerk is going to inspect the property without any luck.Similarly on three occasion I was told the person is busy and I will get a callback which never happened unless I called back. I must say Dom is the only peraon from Lettings team, wjo has been very helpful and super responsive.
So to conclude, Lettings team is less responsive and lacks agility when compared to other professional letting agency like Romans or Chancellors.
