If I could give a 0 start I would. Worst letting agency I have ever been with. Not only do they not respond to you without you having to chase stuff up about repairs etc, they think it's okay to breach your privacy by reaching out to tenants family members to make them aware I was unable to pay my rent on time due to unforeseen circumstances. When moving in, I reported a ton of repairs which some of them took months to carry out after chasing and chasing it up. Most of them weren't done until after I was given a section 21 (which was obviously only done for the next tenants) and some which over a year later, still are not done. Jenna Dolman is a very cruel lady, has no heart or sympathy and it comes across like she is going out of her way to try and ruin my life. Jenna and this letting agency has brought on severe anxiety and depression to myself and and my family. The owner Michael Brain was quick to contact my family to say that my husband has not been nice to his staff but when he was made aware that Jenna has been awful to me, he said he would listen to the call recordings and suddenly, can't help which is funny seeing as he was quick to call us out but when he realised his staff are vile he has no comment. I'm absolutely disgusted in your lots lack of professionalism, customer service and management. No to mention I put in a data request and Jenna lied about what data Hannells hold and also refused to follow up with my request.
Proof of absolutely everything can be provided.

Everything in my review is true. I am getting in touch with Derbyshire Live and will be providing all of the evidence unless however you would like to resolve the issues.
Your response isn’t entirely true. You haven’t adhered to legal obligations nor are your staff completely professional, supportive or compassionate.
I’d like you to take some time out of your day to perhaps listen to the calls between myself and Jenna, look through all the emails and also check all of the reports Ive submitted.
I have seen all the lovely reviews and sadly I can’t agree with any of them. Jenna has shown dislike towards me and my husband since moving in. They’re not false remarks that I’ve made about staff, they’re true. And I won’t sit back and be treated like this.
Jenna has told me that my social media is on a public domain and therefore can look at it and talk about it in the office and has also used things against me.
Would you like me to post the call recordings on my social media too, or would you like to consider that I am actually being bullied by Jenna and listen to the call recordings between myself and Jenna internally.
Benjamin, you haven’t personally reached out to me regarding my review. Do you actually want to deal with it? Or did you respond for the purpose of the post so that new potential tenants and buyers can see that you’re a professional company which is far from true. Well, I can’t speak for other tenants but there’s been no professionalism towards me.
