What can I say? Well, how about outstanding, sensible and thoughtful service from start to finish. Situation: had to pull out of a sale after being disappointed from the start with another estate agent. Filled in Aston Fox online contact form late on a Friday afternoon. Paul telephoned less than 15 minutes later and immediately grasped the urgency of the situation given we were facing the prospect of losing the new build we'd reserved. Valuation booked in immediately for the following morning and I signed up immediately after meeting Matthew. He booked the photographs then booked in for the Monday afternoon and house back on the market on Tuesday afternoon!
It gets better…house sold within 7 days after the we actually connected to buyers aston fox already had desperate for a house and multiple offers received, most in excess of guide price.
As we sit here in the new build that we very nearly lost, we just can't thank the team enough. It's so refreshing to find an estate agent that concentrates on service and not volume of sales.
