Have just completed the purchase of a house in Lincoln that was marketed by Starkey & Brown.
It was our very good fortune to encounter Anita at the point of our first viewing of the property.
From that point onwards until the exchange of contacts eight weeks later, Anita was the one person who was able - with a mixture of charm, humour and complete professionalism - to smooth out any problems that arose.
Our whole family send their heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all Anita's efforts.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
