Overall good service from Sean and the team at Penny Sinclair despite what was in the end quite a prolonged process due to two abortive properties at the point of exchange.
We initially insisted on keeping our flat's asking price higher than suggested and Sean duly respected this, and worked to find us a buyer at near asking price, which he did. Despite the long process, Sean managed to keep our buyer engaged until we found a third property on which we have finally exchanged.
Also, the comission rates are very competitive, and Sean personally instills more confidence and gravitas than your average estate agent.
Whilst there was overall good service, compared to other agencies we have worked with, there was possibly a slightly less personal service from P+S. With that we mean that calls to the office rarely resulted in a conversation being had there and then, but rather often resulted in an exchange over email instead, or a call at a later stage (as opposed to other agencies where either a mobile number was provided, or calls were diverted to mobile phones more often).
We would overall recommend Sean and P+S to our friends and family.
