What can I say? Well, how about outstanding, sensible and thoughtful service from start to finish. Situation: had to pull out of a sale after being disappointed from the start with another estate agent. Filled in Warrens’ online contact form late on a Friday afternoon. Stuart telephoned less than 15 minutes later and immediately grasped the urgency of the situation given we were facing the prospect of losing the new build we’d reserved. Valuation booked in immediately for 10am on the Monday morning. Photographs then booked in for the Monday afternoon and house back on the market on Tuesday afternoon - all for a lower fee! It gets better…house sold within 7 days after the correct demographic of buyer targeted and multiple offers received, most in excess of guide price. As we sit here in the new build that we very nearly lost, we just can’t thank Warrens enough. It’s so refreshing to find an estate agent that concentrates on service and not volume of sales.
