I would rate 1 star - but we did live in the property for 8 years to see us through higher education, Covid, and saving for our own house, and the rent only began increasing in the last 2 years (2 rent increases within 12 months might I add). So, 2 stars for keeping rent the same for 6 years. We also paid our rent on time and never missed a payment.

However - the landlord did not care one iota about the state of the property. The render was blown out and the flat was riddled with mould. We did everything we could to keep on top of this, keeping windows open, cleaning, using mould blocker etc. etc. but were constantly told it was our fault and we

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
