Superna always come back to us quick whenever we have an issue in our property. Be it arranging a consultant to come see the issue or asking us for more information to assist us better, she is very efficient and understanding.
Another special shout would be to Dowson, though we don't deal with him regularly, his calm demeanour and eagerness to help stood out. When we first visited the office in Welwyn, everyone was too busy to even notice us, but Dowson found time for us, and assisted us with our paperwork and even during our interactions over phone calls, he showed great professionalism and care while dealing with our query.
