We've had a bad experience with this letting agent. We booked a viewing for a property.
First they didn't give us right directions so we've been searching around for half an hour. After we arrived eventually, they said that the property which was advertised have been let the previous day so they sowed us another property which wasn't functioning so there was major refurbishment going on. The agent couldn't answer any questions and told me that I will get someone from the office to answer. I didn't hear from anyone so when I called they just said it's been reserved. Another agency which is complete waste of time and not worth a trust!
