disgusting set of ripping off merchants are ullyotts always paid my rent on time and kept it clean and tidy, now after vacating property and asking for the return of my bond they say there's been damage to the bath saying its cracked,also window levered are broken,and that we put a lock on lounge door,all lies of course,oh and I left a couple of mouse stickers on skirting boards,which they want to charge me £20 to remove them,they never mentioned the fact that I paid for 4 years electricity in hallway,and new items I replaced eg..toilet seat new shower door and a few other items,they're a disgusting robbing set of thieving morons totally disgusting that a 76 year old should be treat this way.

I can confirm the poor rating by Goodtenant101 as Butler of Ullyots is the slum landlords friend.
Ullyots don't give a damn about the accuracy of the property description and brush aside all complainst with slimy excuse 'we are just the agents!'
I too had ot view a rpoperty while other tenants were still in and obviously this prevents a thorough inspection. Then when I pointed out the defects Ullyots just used the shabby 'agent' excuse. ...
