Absolutely awful. Started well with nice looking details and lots of patter about the importance of feedback from viewers etc. In reality frequently messed up appointments and failed to tell us of bookings they had made and expected us there for! The accompanied viewer became "unavailable" after just 2 weeks. Made no effort to ring buyers for feedback or to actually sell as opposed to administer appointments for the house. Failed to reply to any answer phone messages, constantly claimed emails had been lost in spam folders. Avoid at all costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Been competent at using phones and computers 2. Communicated with us 3. Done some work
