Indemnity Policy – Subject to quote for policy if required (To cover a defect relating to your property. Such policies are commonly used to cover against the cost implications of a third party making a claim against the defects)

If you would prefer to use your own conveyancer, we offer the above standard fixed rate to include marketing, viewings, dealing with negotiations and offers, and liaising with solicitors throughout the sales process.

*We work on a No Sale no fee basis with no cancellation fees however, should you withdraw your property from the market the cost of the Energy Performance Certificate (£65.00+ £13.00 Vat Total £78.00) will be payable to Habitat Oldham.

Full management 10% + Vat of the monthly rent please a set up fee of £250.00 + £50.00 Vat, Total £300.00

• Refundable **holding deposit; equal to and no greater than 1 weeks rent.
• Security Deposit / Bond; equal to and no greater than 5 weeks rent.

Utilities where applicable.
• Late rent charge 3% above bank of England rate.
• Replacing lost key
• Replacing lost fob / security device subject to the reasonable cost of replacement fob / security device
