Thank you to OLIVIA today who was very polite, anything that she was unsure of was noted down to find out (shared access path), respectful to us as viewers of the property but equally for the owners in terms of us taking our shoes off. Olivia showed us EVERYTHING from the access at the front to the parking around the back and even waited out in the cold for us to arrive, just in case we were unsure of the exact property as it was in a tucked away location. A BRILLIANT viewing on behalf of the owners and Chamberlains! Thank you again :)

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more helpful , explain selling protocol to us , give us a sellers guide , regular phonecalls & updates . More negotiation on selling price , not leaving up to client. If not available leave instructions for someone else. Be available on completion day . An after sales phone call .
