Paul Wallace were great from start to finish of my sale. Honest, hard-working, understanding, nothing was too much trouble. When Paul Leadley said that all the agents in the branch would be up-to-date with your details so not to worry about a particular agent dealing with the sale, he was right. No-one dropped the ball. Steve Payne, who did the leg work and 99% of the sale is down to him, was calm, patient, absorbed pressure, extremely efficient and extremely good at his job. He was incredibly professional and I had absolute confidence in him.Thank you to all but especially to him
