I would like to express my appreciation for the all the help, care and advice I have received over the last five months from the Team at Hitchin.

I am new to renting and, initially, it seemed quite a daunting experience. However, I need not have worried.

My most recent contact has been with Bronte Rockall. She has been so helpful and very efficient. It is very reassuring to know there is someone like her on the end of a telephone to deal with any issues or problems that may arise. I would also like to add it is so refreshing for someone to actually telephone you back when they say they will!!!

I really have appreciated her help.
