My experience with Bright Estate Agent has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, we were given a 6-month rental agreement, but on the day of moving in, we were forced to sign a 1-year contract under the false assurance that they would only consider 6 months. The property was in terrible condition, with numerous issues ranging from faulty lights to inadequate water heating. It felt like living in a jungle without basic facilities, and despite raising complaints almost every month, we received no response, even from the director.

Additionally, the rent agreement stated £1,000 per month, but they charged us £1,050 each month. The deposit was listed as £1,200, but they took £1,250. This was a clear scam.

After surviving 6 dreadful months, we decided to leave the property and found 3 potential tenants to take over. The agent told us they had found a new tenant, so we moved out. However, we then spent 45 days chasing them for our deposit, only to be blackmailed into paying more rent, claiming they hadn't found a new tenant. Throughout this process, they stopped answering our calls.

Bright Estate Agent is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I urge anyone considering them to stay away. Don't fall victim to their scamming tactics.
